Bilingual Customer Success Agent Needed
In Office Role
Great Greenway Plaza Location
to $20 hourly Contract to Hire
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers over phone and email
- Work with the technical team to get working products to customers
- Resolve customer issues or complaints while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
- Process orders or payments and work with customers in the event of issues or discrepancies
- Actively manage Customer Service cases to ensure response times to customers meets and/or exceeds to agreed service level
- Manage and audit inventory deployed to the field
- Maintain complete and accurate customer data across systems
- Work cross-functionally with other teams as needed on projects relevant to co. success
- Follow up on all questions and issues in a reasonable timeframe
Education and Experience:
- MUST BE BILINGUAL (Read, write, speak) Spanish/English
- Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred
- One year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles
- Organized with attention to detail and follow through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
