Bilingual Customer Success Agent Needed
In Office Role
Great Greenway Plaza Location
to $20 hourly Contract to Hire

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers over phone and email
  • Work with the technical team to get working products to customers
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
  • Process orders or payments and work with customers in the event of issues or discrepancies
  • Actively manage Customer Service cases to ensure response times to customers meets and/or exceeds to agreed service level
  • Manage and audit inventory deployed to the field
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer data across systems
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams as needed on projects relevant to co. success
  • Follow up on all questions and issues in a reasonable timeframe

Education and Experience:
 

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL (Read, write, speak) Spanish/English
  • Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles
  • Organized with attention to detail and follow through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
