Our Client is looking to add an Attorney to help support busy Texas practice. The ideal candidate will be a licensed member of the Texas bar and a strong background in litigation, preferably with 1+ years of experience. Responsibilities include managing a high volume of creditor's rights cases, engaging in discovery, depositions, and conflict resolution, and appearing in court as needed. Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code is preferred, alongside strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
