Assembly/Service Technician Needed
Contract to Hire
Great NW Houston Location
Hourly rate + time+ for travel

Assemble, test, service, and repair of valves & components manufactured by client.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble and test valves per documented work instructions.
• Performs hands-on workshop and/or on-site disassembly, inspection, reporting, cleaning, and reassembly of valves.
• Installation and testing of electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators.
• Ensure work and used materials are in compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
• Must be willing to travel
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written, to communicate effectively with all contacts. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma
• 2+ experience in valve/actuator and demonstrated ability. 

CREDENTIALS

• Valid Texas Driver’s License  
• Clear Background

• Must pass physical & Drug Testing
• Eligible for passport and TWIC card

         Ability to obtain
         ISTC Basic Plus Safety
         Facility site specific safety course as required
