Landscape Architect

**Prefer 1.5 to 3 years’ experience 
Duties:

• Have an active role in projects with Principal and Project Managers of the firm from concept to completion, including field observation
• Responsible for presentation graphics, design development drawings, and construction document assembly; construction detailing, material applications, basic grading and drainage, and irrigation design
• Support with diverse administrative duties
• Responsible for meeting project schedules and assigned deadlines by Principal and Project Managers
• Work directly with Principal and advance with the company as it grows

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from an accredited university; Landscape Architecture licensure is not required
• Prefer a minimum of 1.5-years related experience in landscape architecture working under a licensed landscape architect
• Experience in AutoCAD 2018 or more current version required; Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel and Word, and hand graphics and presentation graphics
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, creative, good organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment in an open studio.
• Must have working knowledge of construction documents assembly including construction detailing, material applications, basic grading and drainage, and a basic knowledge of irrigation design
