Bookkeeper/Office Manager – Small Corporate Office

Temp to Hire; up to $25 per hour

Details:

 

  • Handle office duties to include filing, organization, facilities, mail/deliveries, etc.
  • Manage bookkeeping duties in QuickBooks to include:
    • Data entry
    • Bank reconciliations
    • Credit card reconciliations (review with common sense; note if something seems or is out of place)
    • Invoicing
    • Bill pay
  • Handle payroll via QuickBooks for approximately 75 team members (2x month)
  • Support with management and filing of sales tax (willing to train on this)
  • Support with diverse special projects and assistant CFO
  • Some college preferred; high school diploma required

 

Other Info:

 

  • Smaller office setting (under 10); business casual environment
  • Positioned in front of office; very few visitors
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (flexibility to give extra time when needed)
