Our Client, a growing Galleria Law firm is adding to the facilities team

Duties

  • Assist with tracking breakroom and event inventory.
  • Provide backup coverage for the receptionist.
  • Support the Facilities department with technology updates and maintenance.
  • Reconcile invoices, reimbursements, and purchases.
  • Utilize Artificial Intelligence to manipulate data, create reports, and draft communications.
  • Maintain and archive electronic files.
  • Scan, route, and purge hard copies.
  • Manage storage, including Iron Mountain and Firm Vault/Safe.
  • Communicate with attorneys and legal assistants regarding records/file status.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience: Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience.
