Salesforce Lead Administrator – In-Person
Direct Hire; up to 95K
South Houston
Duties:
- Act as main point of contact for product implementation roadmap, manage user permissions and access levels, access and manage configurations, create custom company reports, submit requests for support, and stay current on product
- Support with training questions from internal employees and department admins
- Define and follow-up on KPIs and means (surveys, interviews, etc.)
- Create and maintain training documentation, workflows, and/or reference material
- Perform ad-hoc demonstrations to users
- Conduct training sessions, lessons learned, best practice sharing, and round table discussions
- Work with department admins to collect needs and define new functionalities
- Manage, configure, and modify core model
- Formulate recommendations on changes to core model, secure approval, and implement/train
- Provide guidance on integrated projects – Creation of Documents File Structure, Create/Manage Tool Workflows and Customizations, and Create & Manage ‘Standard Project Template’
- Use tools with sales and estimating team
- Manage project initiatives and support Sales team
- Manage user access; create and maintain permission templates
- Provide and perform training assistance (training guides, training sessions, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Technology savvy including Microsoft Office Suite, Computer Ease, SAGE Intacct, and Salesforce
- Experience as a Salesforce administration (general contractor or construction subcontractor
- Extensive experience of administration of a SaaS project management platform a PLUS
- 5+ years’ experience – project management, construction (in connection to jobsite teams)
- Team-oriented, willingness to learn, ambitious, and collaborative; positive approach
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Thrive in a fast-paced service/construction team environment
Other Info:
- Reports to SVP of Operations
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to frequently travel to other offices for support, training, and coordination
