 Payroll/Budget Clerk

Temp to Hire – 3-month timeframe
Location:  Inner Loop, Zip Code 77098
Pay rate up to $15 hour, some OT possible

Schedule: M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (possible OT 5-10 hours/week, which can be completed after 5 pm or on Saturday)

Job Duties:

  • Will assist clients with any payroll or invoice details
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve client issues 
  • Provide technical guidance on software (will train)
  • Input data from missing timesheets 
  • Responsible for accurate data entry for Payroll and Accounts Payable

Experience Needed:

  • 2+ years of solid administrative or customer service experience
  • Great attitude with professional appearance; must be patient and have the ability to walk through the use of software processes
  • Must have precise attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel skills, will be tested; Vesta and Camp Time experience not required
  • Payroll and AP experience preferred
