Front Desk Receptionist needed for a Law Firm office setting!

Great location in Central Business District

$16 to $17 per hour, 2 weeks PTO and 6 sick days.

  • Professionally welcoming clients and guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
  • Answering and routing incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Coordinating and managing client appointments using the office scheduling system.
  • Handling mail distribution, copying documents, filing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Providing basic information about the firm and its services to inquiries.
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Inputting client information and updating databases as needed.

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • 1 year of prior experience in a professional office setting required
  • Professional and inviting demeanor
  • Excellent communication. interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
