Asset Reliability Specialist – Maximo
Direct Hire; up to 85K
Houston OR Midland
**Fully in office

**Must be a super user!

Duties:
 

  • Serve as SME and super user of Maximo (advise, educate, train, plan, investigate, and resolve) 
  • Develop and maintain location and asset records database in Maximo
  • Develop and execute vendor management work, services, and materials strategies in Maximo
  • Develop and coordinate Preventive Maintenance and Regulatory Compliance
  • Act as Maximo System training and support lead
  • Utilize Maximo to drive improvement in processes and documentation
  • Translate work practices into processes and procedures (compiled, tracked, and referenced) in Maximo
  • Partner with various departments on Maximo utilization capabilities; educate and train 
  • Advocate capabilities of Maximo and company business processes
  • Serve as liaison between IT, Maximo specialist, and support vendors
  • Track, trend, and analyze past work and expense trends; develop preventive programs and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain Safety and Regulatory program compliance
  • Analyze work history, asset failures, losses in production/volumes, regulatory compliance issues, contract labor expenses, etc.

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s highly preferred or 5+ years of direct experience in Maximo
  • 3+ years in corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Maximo Enterprise Asset Management experience REQUIRED – standardized practices, asset management, planning & scheduling resources, maintenance, purchasing, inventory, reliability analysis, and accounting reconciliations.
  • Strong reliability background, know principles of reliability engineering, predictive maintenance techniques, failure analysis, and statistical analysis
  • Maintain commitment to safety, excellent communication, collaborate on unified goals, analysis, and findings, and manage multiple projects, requests, and deadlines; strong organizational skills; properly using Maximo to track data
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records, and prepare clear and concise written reports

  • Must have valid driver's license and be insurable
  • Currently using consulting firm supporting until they find their new team member
