Verification Specialist – Dealership

Job Title: Dealership Verification Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Verify Information: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to verify customer and dealer information, such as loan details, employment status, and project completion.

• Resolve Issues: Identify and report potential issues during the verification process and assist dealers and customers in resolving these issues.

• Document Verification: Accurately document verification details and maintain records of all verification activities.

• Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries related to interest rates, statements, and other account questions.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding the verification process.

• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all loan information and customer data.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

• Skills: Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, email), excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
