Hybrid Legal Assistant needed for Galleria office 

Candidates must have at least five years of experience in a law firm setting and experience in defense litigation is a plus. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and organized.

Job duties:
– Preparing and editing legal documents and correspondence
– Organizing electronic files and correspondence
– Maintaining and updating attorney calendars
– Filing federal and state court pleadings and other documents
– Providing trial, deposition, arbitration, and mediation support
– Scheduling travel, depositions, and meetings, and entering attorney time.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
