Front Desk Administrator – “Director of 1st Impressions”
Contract to hire role – In office!
To $20 hourly
Cypress Area location
Duties:
- Answer and transfer phone calls to an appropriate employee
- Greet and log visitors
- Support office and management with general administrative duties/tasks
- Pickup mail, review & distribute to designated employees
- Responsible for Postage refill, etc.
- Schedule to FedEx, UPS and/or courier pick ups
- Arrange Conference Rooms and keep the calendar updated
- Set-up and clean-up for meetings and events
- Order lunches, as needed for meetings or events
- Maintain Office products and supplies; order as needed
- Keep kitchen neat, clean and tidy – Maintain fridge, microwaves, dishwasher, coffee machines, etc.
- Place work orders or maintenance requests with appropriate personnel
Requirements:
- 1+ year administrative support experience
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear background and drug screen
- Impeccable references
- Mature, dependable demeanor who has excellent customer service skills
