Operations Assistant
Contract to hire role – In office!
To $20 hourly
Cypress Area location

Responsibilities

  • Back up to monitoring Corrigo system

  • Opening work orders for Corrigo and input in Corrigo

  • Open all work orders in a timely manner and email pertinent people

  • Keep track of all folders / jobs /

  • Order and maintain office supplies

  • Help technicians with monthly expense reports

  • Various clerical duties that may arise on a daily basis

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Helpful to have knowledge of NetSuite and Concur

  • Organizational skills

  • Strategic planning and scheduling skills
