Design Coordinator
Direct Hire; up to 60K+ bonus
Dallas – 75201
Duties:
- Oversee color selections and design boards for new home starts (paint, tile and interior finishes)
- Assign and review color selections for new home construction
- Coordinate with production team to meet deadlines
- Maintain database of color selection records
- Review HOA and Subdivision guidelines to determine requirements per community
- Coordinate light staging for new construction
- Space plan various rooms to showcase the space and functionality
- Coordinate delivery and oversee the installation of all furnishings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Design experience required (photos showcasing previous design work required)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Drive; technology savvy
- Great communicator, organized and strong project management skills
- Multi-tasker, detail-oriented and surpass deadlines; work effectively under pressure
