Warranty Coordinator

Direct Hire; up to 55K+ bonus

Dallas – 75201

Duties:

• Facilitate completion of all customer warranty requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Schedule subcontractors to make repairs
• Proactively resolve customer issues after closing of home
• Receive and confirm receipt of homeowner warranty requests
• Enter all incoming warranty requests using Brix
• Make initial contact with homeowners and Warranty Managers and/or builders to schedule inspection appointments
• Evaluate homeowner repair issues to determine if they are warrantable items or not
• Communicate effectively to homeowner if repair issue is deemed non-warrantable
• Process written or electronic work orders and/or verbal instructions from supervisor for homeowner repairs
• Schedule with Warranty Managers and/or builders to coordinate designated warranty repairs
• Certify warranty work is completed within contractor obligations
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit of company
• Develop and maintain good rapport with subcontractors and homeowners
• Work with 3rd party warranty provider

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required with 1 year related warranty and residential construction experience
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; technology savvy
• Multi-task, ensure great communication, and ensure a systematic approach in carrying out tasks
• Must provide exemplary and memorable customer service
• Work effectively in high pressure situations
