Sales Development Representative Manager – North America
Direct Hire; up to 65K
Remote position; USA
- Create and run demand generation with NA market
- Utilize creativity and knowledge strategically impacting team and company growth
- Follow up with team activities – prospecting plan and contact management (strong connections)
- Utilize knowledge of market to help create prospecting plans
- Manage sales connections by creating prospecting dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement monthly/quarterly and in time to achieve team results
- Align Account Executive's team and prospecting team to ensure productive meetings
- Analyze individual results of each prospecting analyst to help them identify gaps for improvement; create individualized action plans
- Support and guide team regarding mapping prospective stakeholders/establish action plan for making first contacts
- Review processes and propose improvements to optimize resources
- Provide technical coaching to prospecting analyst
- Build training based on needs of team to develop competencies and prospecting skills
- Help maintain and increase team engagement/motivation (contests and teambuilding)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar
- 2+ years managing a sales team
- Strong knowledge of North American SaaS / technology market
- Solid consultative sales experience including prospecting (ABM & Outbound Marketing)
- Must be a strong communicator with strong relationship building skills, team player, accountable
