Contract Administrative Assistant Needed



  • Work closely with all team members to facilitate successful execution of company goals and objectives
  • Assist Team with administrative and data entry requirements
  • Provide general administrative support including: data entry, handling, faxing, photocopying, mailing and inbox/outbox administration
  • Facilitate internal and external requests for information related to Company and projects
  • Organize, schedule and lead mailing of client and customer information
  • Input, handling and filing of sensitive information in a timely fashion
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail via U.S. mail, FedEx, and messenger services
  • Other projects as needed



  • HS required, College degree preferred
  • High level proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • 2+ yrs. Administrative experience
  • MUST communicate well, have exceptional follow-through, and ability to think analytically, multi-task, and prioritize
  • Attention to details and deadlines is required
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and be flexible
  • Client service-oriented attitude
  • Strong work-ethic
