E-Commerce Manager – North America – IMMEDIATE NEED

Direct Hire; up to 75K base + quarterly bonus

McKinney/Dallas, TX area

**MUST be fluent in English + Conversational Chinese (must be able to read Chinese)

**Oversee development and utility of company’s income-generating sites

**Handle upkeep of website; optimize listings, layouts and campaigns with a data-based, analytical approach

**Like those with entrepreneurial spirit, risk-taker and someone who can figure things out

Duties:

  • Determine format and features of website to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers
  • Collaborate with designers and product development teams to market product launches and sales events
  • Research core demographics of brand and collaborate with advertising and marketing agencies to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of targeted ad buys
  • Plan for e-marketing expenditures and develop a financial plan to maximize resources and budgets
  • Own and analyze internal data sources and utilize web analytics tools to enhance customer experience
  • Forecast inventory and manage incoming inventory to ensure website buyability and shopability
  • Develop and supervise all activities and plans for various ecommerce projects and coordinate with product development team to prepare an effective schedule for project and ensure compliance to same

Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Communication or Supply Chain
  • 3-5 years of sales or sales operation experience
  • Strong communication, organization and project management skills
  • Comfortable working with analytical tools and data including Tableau
  • Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies

  • Will be responsible for own P&L

  • Will first be in a home-based and then in a co-working environment and then can be remote –
