Associate Landscape Architect

Direct Hire; up to 55K to 75K + lucrative bonus program (see details below)

Galleria area – Houston (In-office position)

**Prefer candidates from local landscape architecture firms familiar with high-end multi-family design or a high-end design/build residential firms.


  • Involved in initial design development stages, presentation graphics, construction documentation and construction administration
  • Utilize knowledge to support developments typically featuring outdoor amenity spaces including courtyards, plazas, retail streetscape, parks, roof decks, motor courts, swimming pools, fire pits and fireplace areas, outdoor kitchens, fountains, cabanas, detailed planting, and landscape lighting
  • Consistently interact with design professionals
  • Execute construction detailing and construction administration


  • Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited university
  • 3-8 years’ work experience; MUST be familiar with high end multi-family design/build; hardscape and planting design
  • Experience in drawing production, construction detailing and submittal/shop drawing review
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excel in project team environment and collaborate extensively with outside design professionals
  • Travel occasionally to job sites (construction administration; TX, NC, VA, GA, DC)
