Transaction Coordinator

Direct Hire; up to 45K to 60K

The Woodlands




  • Support real estate agents with administrative duties required during each stage of a transaction from contract to closing
  • Take and review contracts
  • Coordinate and meet inspectors; ensure repair negotiations are completed
  • Ensure transaction moves smoothly through buy/selling experience
  • Communicate updates to clients, agents, lenders, and others involved in transaction
  • Monitor contingency period
  • Ensure all documentation is submitted
  • Coordinate closing process
  • Schedule client follow-up calls (after close) to check in and ask for referrals
  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
  • Coordinate moving/possession schedules
  • Input and manage all client information into client database system




  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Texas real estate license (current)
    Contracts knowledge is A MUST
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; research, internet and tech savvy
  • Be committed to keep every little detail in check so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Commitment to detail, quality and meeting deadlines; excellent communication skills
  • Customer service-centric with focus on creating and ensuring a memorable experience
