Client Services Support Associate
Contract to Hire
To $28 hourly (Approx. 30 hours weekly)
Great Woodlands location
Ability to work remote on Friday!
Responsibilities:
- Understand, explain and calculate Wealth Management products, rules and regulations
- Open, preform maintenance and solve account issues
- Ability to clearly communicate rules and regulations surrounding product lines
- Exemplary customer service, attention to detail, professional correspondence
- Strong math and analytical problem solving skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi task
- Answer all emails, texts and voicemails in a timely fashion
- Coordinate meetings, organize schedules and facilite two way communication
- Handle all phone calls in a warm and friendly way
- Record notes from every client/sponsor conversation or action in CRM
- Organize and maintain all electronic files; scan, save and shred documents as needed
- Follow ALL compliance processes
- Shred all scanned and saved documents
- Maintain ongoing communication with team members
- Attend Monday Staff meetings
- Assist with the implementation and follow-through of client paperwork and forms
- Follow up on all pending business
- Contact clients, prospects and sponsors as needed to request pertinent information needed and online discovery
- Use firms filing system to store all client information
- Other projects as assigned
Experience Needed:
- 2+ years in highly professional, administrative role – Understanding HIGH level of confidentiality
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Adobe, DocuSign with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Comfortable interacting with clients and sponsors via phone, text and email.
- MUST have squeaky clean background!!!
