Call Center Representative Needed ASAP

Salary: $17 hourly
Scheduled Shift: 8:30AM – 5PM (30 min lunch)

The ideal candidate should possess the qualities and skills below:
- Bilingual a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills with multi screens/systems
- Ability to resolve collector and collection issues in a professional manner
- Great attitude and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work within a team
- Able to resolve complaint calls
- Strong leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Punctual and dependable with good attendance
- Knowledge of FDCPA, HIPAA, and state/local collection laws (preferred)
- Eligible for licensing in all states (preferred)
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and stress tolerance
- Able to handle escalated calls and reach resolutions
- Well-organized in taking and processing payments
- Capable of maintaining the Firm’s standards while handling call
- Must be able to efficiently navigate the CUB’s system
Background, reference and drug screen required
