Employee Onboarding Coordinator – Home Healthcare Support
Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | Onsite | Houston, TX
Pay: $15/hr to start ($16/hr after 3 months when you go permanent)

In this key role, you’ll handle employee onboarding and background checks for a home healthcare organization, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant. Key Responsibilities:

Enter new employee information and review background checks and OIG records

Verify identity using approved documentation (List of Acceptable Docs)

Communicate background check results to employers by phone or email
-
Request and collect missing forms to complete employee onboarding packets

Update internal systems (KT Journal, Office Communications) for Payroll and Budgeting

Set hire dates and assign employees to specific clients/employers
-
Follow up with employers on any pending documents or employee forms
Required Skills:

Strong communication and active listening skills
-
Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software
-
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
-
Able to learn and follow procedures related to Consumer Directed Services (CDS)
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience

Experience in home healthcare services is a plus
Physical Requirements:

Able to sit at a computer for long periods
-
Able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
