Title Examiner Needed ASAP

Flexible hours/schedule!
- Reviews real estate title documents to provide clear title reports.
- You will obtain title examination materials, review the document information, and create run sheets, which are an index or abstract of all recorded documents affecting the title to a tract of land for a given period of time.
- You will also be responsible for providing information regarding the property owners, filed liens, and the legal description of the property assessed under a delinquent tax account.
- Review and verification of legal documents including court cases that affect real estate titles.
Qualities required below:
- Previous experience is required 1+ years of like experience
- Administrative experience is a plus
- Title Inc database/software required; Microsoft Office intermediate
- Understand and review legal documents
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Reliable and Punctual
