Sales and Marketing Support
Direct Hire; up to 85K
Dallas
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams ensuring the cohesive daily operations of the business
- Manage the daily operations of the business office
- Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies
- Educate customers, distributors, and retailers about brand and products
- Build rapport with customers and distributors
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints accordingly
- Represent the company at product launches, trade shows, and events
- Brainstorm ideas and participate in training and workshops
- Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
- Assist in content creation (approved blogs, newsletters, product reviews, etc.)
- Maintain and build business with all levels of customer and personnel
- Travel to and attend trade shows
- Onboard new customers in partnership with company support
- Partner with key distributor partners
- Partner with USA marketing team to supply samples and presentations to exciting and new customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related highly preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or fast-moving consumer goods helpful
- Proven track record in administration, operations, and sales support
- Strong communication and presentation skills; entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and proactively; passion and excitement for the brand
- Exemplary customer service skills offering efficient follow-through, relationship building, and a memorable experience
