Dispatcher Needed ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the completion of delivery routes through a structured driver check-in process
- Track, communicate with, and assist drivers in a professional and efficient manner
- Gather, maintain, and organize route documentation and records
- Manage and enter data related to work orders, tickets, and route status
- Provide professional customer service and timely updates to clients regarding appointments and estimated arrival times
- Report any driver performance issues or delivery concerns to management promptly
- Provide training support to new dispatch staff as needed
- Make follow-up communications with drivers regarding any issues or delivery exceptions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs and dispatch reports
- Assist in administrative tasks and support cross-functional teams as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior dispatch experience preferred; strong office administration experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-up on issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of urgency, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
- Proficient computer skills, including use of desktop computers, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
