A well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm is actively seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their growing team. The firm is looking for a candidate with at least two years of experience handling personal injury cases, particularly involving car accidents, 18-wheeler collisions, and premises liability claims. Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in managing a caseload of 30–40 complex personal injury cases.
- Draft and file legal documents, assist with discovery, and help prepare cases for trial.
- Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files.
- Communicate professionally with clients, experts, and other parties involved in litigation.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience working on personal injury litigation.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of litigation processes and timelines.
- Demonstrated reliability and job stability (not a good fit for job hoppers).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Paralegal certification (a plus, but relevant experience is more important).
- Plaintiff experience preferred, though defense candidates will be considered.
