Licensed Escrow Officer -Uptown Dallas
Extensive background in
- Policy preparation both residential and commercial.
- Familiarity with how to describe the recorded documents from closing such as with stamp codes/standard language
- Preparation of post-closing endorsements (downdate endorsements, assignment endorsements and modification endorsements)
- Preparation of binders, binder extensions and binder downdates
- Preparation of proforma policies
- The workings of out-of-county orders including the HOI requirements, premium split and T-00s
- Licensed or the ability to be a license as an Escrow Officer with the Texas Department of Insurance
Background in premium remittance
- Understanding of the title insurance forms promulgated by the Texas Department of Insurance together with rates and rate codes and the applicable Procedural Rules
- Maintain policy numbers (order count and dollars) for statistical reporting
- Strong background in Excel
- Self-starter
- Managerial experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Having experience in RamQuest would be a huge plus
