Marketing Coordinator
Direct Hire; 65K (based on experience)

Duties:
- Market and advertise current and future properties through the creation of Broker’s Price Opinions, Offering Memorandums, email marketing campaigns, etc.
- Manage and maintain the email marketing schedule for all properties
- Ensure brand standards are upheld throughout all creative assets
- Work closely with Analyst team to develop copy for marketing collateral
- Write and send press releases
- Coordinate with professional photographers to schedule property photoshoots; edit photography for marketing collateral
- Manage property listings on company website and 3rd party websites
- Run various research reports and run demographics for current and future listings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with focus on writing, marketing or graphics; Associates Degree in Graphic Design or Marketing required
- Advanced technology skills – Microsoft Office Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; Sitewise, Landvision, Placer.ai, STDB/Esri/ArcGIS, Mailchimp, Sharplaunch, CREXi, and CoStar/LoopNet super helpful
- Must be deadline-driven with a high intensity focus
- Excellent communication skills; organized and detail-oriented
- Service-oriented attitude, professional demeanor, flexible, accommodating, and willing to help
- Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time and work efficiently under pressure

- Monday – Friday; 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; in office role; non-exempt
