Customer Service Rep Needed ASAP
Contract to Hire
Bedford TX area location
IN OFFICE ROLE!
$15/hr base + uncapped commissions ($50,000 – $60,000 OTE)
Great benefits once a Permanent employee!
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday Afternoon/Evening shifts
· Must be flexible to work available schedules

Qualifications
· 1+ year of inside sales experience preferred
· 1+ year of energy experience a plus but not required
· 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
· Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team player
· A desire to understand customer needs and frustrations
· Ability to Build rapport over the phone and via text
· Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
· Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
· Strong oral and written commitment skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
· Demonstrated ability in computer skills, including email, CRM system & Web-based tool
