Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Malpractice Attorney to join their team in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Develop defense strategies tailored to medical malpractice and product liability cases

• Prepare and respond to discovery requests in compliance with legal standards

• Draft and file motions and other legal documents to support case objectives

• Represent clients during depositions and summarize deposition findings for case preparation

• Attend court appearances, including hearings and trials, to advocate for client interests

• Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume caseloads effectively

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and arguments

• Analyze case details and provide expert recommendations to clients and stakeholders

• Participate in trial preparation activities, including organizing evidence and witness coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed case records for ongoing litigation processes

Requirements

• Expertise in Medical Malpractice and Products Liability law, with a proven ability to navigate complex legal matters.
• Strong litigation skills, including trial preparation, courtroom advocacy, and case strategy development.
• Proficiency in drafting motions, legal briefs, and other case-related documents with precision and clarity.
• Experience in defending depositions and conducting depositions to gather critical information and build case arguments.
• Ability to create detailed deposition summaries for use in case strategy and litigation planning.
• In-depth knowledge of law and motion practices, including motion drafting and arguing motions in court.
• Exceptional legal research skills to analyze case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to medical malpractice and products liability cases.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to effectively represent clients and collaborate with opposing counsel.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed of case progress.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and protecting client confidentiality at all times.
