Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Printing plans
- Managing Jobs from start to finish
- Create and maintain Specification Books
- Purchasing, expediting, and releasing material for the job
- Problem solving between manufacture’s reps, customers, warehouse, and salesmen
- Billing/draws
- Scheduling shipments with our warehouse
- Scheduling shipments with job site
- Processing orders
- Creating change orders
- Communicating with the job site super and/or project manager
- Organizing and maintaining the job books
- Checking in returns
· The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 20 pounds.
