This is a high-ownership role with direct interaction and collaboration with a senior-level trial lawyer handling high-value personal injury cases, many of which are headed to trial. The right person will be a seasoned paralegal who knows the rhythm of litigation and can keep pace in a fast-moving, trial-heavy practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Full case management from filing through verdict

Prepare and respond to discovery, organize document productions

Assist with deposition prep and medical record review

Work directly with expert witnesses and fact development

Handle trial preparation: trial notebooks, exhibit lists, jury charges, timelines

Maintain deadlines and a litigation calendar

Serve as the go-to resource for both case strategy and execution
Who We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal (personal injury focus preferred)

Prior experience with commercial trucking and catastrophic injury cases is a plus

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
-
Comfortable owning case files and working in sync with one high-performing attorney

Tech-savvy and familiar with trial prep software or litigation tools
