IT Help Desk Associate

- Oversee all IT related hardware and software systems used by the organization and purchasing/implementation of new hardware and software as requested.
- PC: Installation, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, update and break fix.
- End-user support: Resolve technical issues related to hardware and software user faces.
- Phone systems: Maintenance and configuration of ATT Office@hand system.
- Conference rooms: Maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, update and demonstration the conference system to the user.
- NAS and Proxyclick: Maintenance, configuration, setting up for user and demonstration the system as needed.
- Print services: Maintenance, configuration and contact vendor for support as needed.
- Internet and cable TV: Maintenance and contact vendor for support as needed.
- Workstation: Set up equipment and wiring as new user joined or requested.
- Vendor management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with third-party vendors providing hardware, software, and service contracts.
- Asset management: accurate inventory records of all IT assets and stocks.
- Payment: Ensure IT related projects and vendor service are paid accordingly.
- Weekly and monthly report: report works done for the week on the admin weekly meeting
Experience Needed:
- 1-3 years experience in similar role
- Degree in computer science or like field
- Certifications in Microsoft network solutions
- MUST SPEAK MANDARIN! No exceptions
