IT Helpdesk Technician – Mandarin Speaking Required

Overview: Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for solving IT-related challenges? We have an immediate opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Technician who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all IT hardware and software systems, providing end-user support, and managing vendor relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, we want to hear from you!
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Certifications in Microsoft network solutions
- Proficiency in Mandarin (No exceptions)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with NAS and Proxyclick systems
- Familiarity with phone system maintenance and configuration
- Knowledge of asset management practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Previous experience working with IT hardware and software systems
Other Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin
- Willingness to travel occasionally for vendor meetings or training sessions
