Collections Specialist
Are you a self-motivated collections pro who knows how to drive results, manage high-risk accounts, and still keep things professional with customers? If so, we want to hear from you!
We’re looking for a Collections Specialist with a strong background in B2B collections, who thrives working independently and brings a strategic mindset to resolving delinquencies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own a portfolio of high-volume or high-risk accounts
- Reach out to customers to resolve payment issues and secure commitments
- Investigate disputes and process adjustments when necessary
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
- Prioritize your workflow based on risk and cash flow
- Keep clean and accurate records in our collections system
- Partner with AR and customer service teams to support overall account health
Job Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on B2B collections or AR experience
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- A take-charge attitude with the ability to work independently
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and contribute to a team-first culture
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or other B2B environments
- Familiarity with credit risk analysis and DSO metrics
