Required Skills:
- Demonstrated stability in employment history, avoiding frequent job changes.
- Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
- 2-3 years of FP&A experience.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft Excel (a minimum of 5 years).
- Leadership background with experience in project management or team supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing proactivity and independent problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, among others.
- Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, Smart View, Snowflake, and Alteryx.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
