Temporary Administrative Assistant
Downtown Houston: Contract Position

Overview:
Join our team as a Temporary Administrative Assistant to cover for a valued team member on leave. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operations of our executive staff, empowering us to deliver excellence in all departmental activities. You will be responsible for implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies while assisting in managing daily operations.

Required Skills:

Nice to Have Skills: While not mandatory, experience in coordinating travel arrangements and managing business expense reporting would be beneficial.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Additional Information: This position is based in Zip Code 77002 with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Daily parking reimbursement of $13 is provided. The pay rate ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
