Contract Expeditor Needed ASAP
5+ month Assignment
to $22 hourly
Northwest Houston location – Zip 77065
Hours 7-4pm
As an expeditor you will play a vital role in resolving delivery issues, managing shipments, and supporting production planning.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma with 1+ years of experience in purchasing and expediting
- Proficient in ERP systems, preferably JDE
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills – strong computer skills!
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with supply chain management
- Familiarity with tracking and tracing shipments
Other Requirements:
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
- Must work 100% on-site with no remote or hybrid options
