Dallas Based firm is growing transactional group
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience representing clients in commercial real estate and/or corporate transactions, and will play a key role in supporting the group’s ongoing legal matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, financings, entity structuring, leasing, and related transactions.
Key Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate documents related to real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and loan documents

Advise clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and structuring for real estate ventures and other commercial operations

Conduct due diligence and manage closings for real estate and M&A transactions

Collaborate with other practice groups, including litigation and tax, to provide integrated client service

Research complex legal issues and provide strategic, solution-oriented advice

Participate in client meetings, business development initiatives, and relationship management
Qualifications
-
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed (or eligible for immediate waiver/admission) to practice in Texas
-
4–6 years of experience in corporate law and/or commercial real estate transactions

Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Client-focused approach and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment

Experience with real estate finance, private equity, or development matters is a plus
