Overview: We are actively looking for an Experienced Escrow Officer to join a prestigious title office in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role requires managing a small book of business with a focus on investor transactions. You will be responsible for handling wholesale Erap transactions and collaborating with a dedicated team. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid position, balancing 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely from home.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record as an Escrow Officer
- In-depth knowledge of wholesale Erap transactions
- Ability to manage a high volume of 55-60 deals monthly
- Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling in-house and personal transactions
- Excellent communication skills for effective team and client interaction
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in an investor-focused title office
- Familiarity with bonus structures tied to business performance
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in escrow services
Other Requirements:
- Work schedule flexibility: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
