Job Title: Escrow Manager (Branch Manager) – Carmel, Indiana
Overview: Join our team as an Escrow Manager in Carmel, Indiana, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring daily branch operations are conducted with precision and adherence to high standards. As the Escrow Manager, you will oversee processes related to title processing, scheduling, closing preparation, and post-closing activities. Your coordination with various business partners will guarantee smooth transitions and support across different departments. By staying informed on regulations and policies, you will uphold operational excellence while maximizing revenue and expense reduction efforts.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Escrow Operations Experience
- Supervisory experience of at least 2 years, specialized in RESPA
- Escrow Officer license
- Proficiency in RESPA regulations, underwriting guidelines, and title and settlement rules
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-location team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel; familiarity with Softpro is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
- College degree
- Notary Public certification
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Notary Public preferred
- Escrow Officer license required
Other Requirements:
- Ability to resolve complex problems and execute transactions efficiently
- Travel may be required
