Brokerage Coordinator Needed

Brokerage Coordinator position involves working closely with various team members to facilitate pre-sales marketing, research, transaction processing, and direct/indirect marketing support.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, real estate, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of administrative experience in commercial real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Access, CRM/Database Management, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms
- Must have Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating marketing materials
- Excellent written communication skills for report preparation
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail, with exceptional proofreading and editing skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Real Estate Salesperson license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Experience with lease reviews, abstracts, and basic financial analysis
- Ability to develop business intelligence for brokerage teams
- Prior exposure to coordinating market surveys, property/space comparisons, and data analysis
