Job Title: Mortgage Pricing Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Pricing Specialist to support loan officers with mortgage pricing, documentation, and client relationship management. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, accurate, and responsive loan origination process for both direct clients and third-party originators (TPOs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support loan officers by managing mortgage pricing processes and client communications.
- Ensure accurate loan quotes, timely documentation collection, and organized client files.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients to keep the loan process moving forward.
- Assist with gathering, verifying, and organizing client documentation for loan applications.
- Generate loan quotes and maintain strong relationships with third-party originators (TPOs).
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to gather required information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Help build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support loan officers and the lending team.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of administrative experience in lending, banking, finance, or a related field.
- Understanding of the mortgage origination process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce or similar CRM software experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
