Job Title: Client Service Associate
Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing the client experience by providing operational and administrative support to advisors, managing client relationships, and handling various client service tasks. Your ability to navigate firm policies, procedures, compliance standards, and technology will enable you to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
- Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with compliance and investment processes
Nice to Have Skills:
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of client service experience
- Team-oriented with a strong service-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a small company environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to follow established compliance and investment processes and procedures
- Attend all Monday Morning Meetings
- Maintain accurate client data documentation in the Investor Library
- Follow all established RIA and BD compliance procedures
- Perform other projects as assigned by your supervisor
