Receptionist/Customer Service Representative – “Director of 1st Impressions”
Contract to hire role – In office!
Pay to $20 hourly depending on experience

You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Answer and transfer phone calls to an appropriate employee
- Greets and log clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Support office and management with general administrative duties/tasks
- Pickup/receive mail, documents packages and courier deliveries to review & distribute to designated employees
- Maintain office products and supplies; order as needed
- Manage conference and training room calendars
- Manage marketing materials
- Manage employee uniforms
- Manage awards
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries/complaints and escalate as necessary
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1+ year administrative support experience
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear background
- Impeccable references
- Mature, dependable demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to including active listening
- Problem-solving abilities
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
