Outside Sales reps Needed –
1) West Texas (Ft. Worth, Abilene, Midland, Lubbock & the whole state of Oklahoma),
2) South Texas (Austin, San Antonio, Houston, border towns to Mexico & the Southern half of Louisiana)
3) North & South Carolina (whole states)
Are you a tenacious, self-motivated sales professional with a passion for hunting new business and closing deals? Do you thrive in the field, building relationships face-to-face and uncovering new opportunities daily?
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insulation industry
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industrial clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers
- Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure top-tier support
- Represent company at trade shows, expos, and networking events
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction or industrial supply experience a plus)
- Proven track record of developing new business and meeting/exceeding quotas
- Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 70% of the time)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
- Familiarity with insulation materials, construction sites, or industrial distributors is highly desirable
