A well-established law firm is seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant with 7+ years of litigation experience including Business Litigation, This role supports 4 partners and involves preparing and editing legal documents, managing calendars, coordinating service of process, scheduling hearings and depositions, and handling e-filings in both state and federal courts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of litigation experience;

Strong knowledge of e-filing procedures (state and federal)

Experience with NetDocs, PowerPoint, Excel, and construction litigation a plus
