Accounts Payable Manager – Dallas, Texas

The Role:
- Serve as a key member of the accounting team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of AP
- Lead, mentor, and oversee disbursement and resolution processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on resolution strategies
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through clear communication and timely issue resolution
- Drive process improvements and support special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Inventory-related AP experience is required
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or retail strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of inventory management and costing principles
- Experience leading process improvement and change management initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
