Customer Service Agent Needed ASAP

$17-18 hourly with experience

Great customer service support via phone, email and any other vehicles needed

Organizes and schedules all necessary follow up

Data entry of orders and billing

Investigates and researches escalated customer service inquiries.

Reinforces a customer centric, continuous improvement culture.

Compiles all customer service data requirements into reports, and analyzes results.

Run other reports as requested
Education and Experience

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited).

Experience: 1+ year of experience in similar customer facing role
